You guys made my stay fantastic. Unbelievable hotel, all of the staff were great and kind, amazing location close to the center. My quadruple room had a mini-bar, an electronic key card and television with satellite channels.

Good breakfast, good location for sightseeing friendly staff. Parking spaces in front of the building were reserved by staff despite the shortage of parking spaces.

The breakfast was good and there was something for everyone. One has become full and could start the day strengthened. Nothing special, but it was always refilled and the coffee was also great.
The beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms are very dark (but here you are only to sleep anyway). It was all clean, for a Portuguese 3 star hotel everything was adequate.

The space conditions were ideal, the bed surprisingly comfortable.
The bathroom was in a badly maintained condition: there were no shelves and all hooks or suspension devices were broken or torn off. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't good. On the third day we went out for breakfast.

Cozy room, friendly staff. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious fresh bread rolls and cheese, and the location was fantastic, a short walk to the Marquês de Pombal metro station and just 5 km from the airport.

The courtesy of the staff members was very good, given it is a non-English speaking Country, and for a 3-Star Hotel.
The helpfulness of the staff members and their helpfulness in providing whatever you requested and willingness to go extra step.

The close proximity to the metro and the wonderful conversation with the friendly cleaning staff made our stay enjoyable, but the small bathroom and outdated furnishings left much to be desired.
